[glow=green,2,300]Hmm... Not bad, although having Suladan and a chieften leading 8 elite serpent riders might be a little over the top. I'd sugest swapping the mounted chieften for a banner. OMG I didnt make the words glow! [/glow]

You are placing far too much emphsis and reliance on the cavlary charge and with only 10, most of which have sillyly low defence, it wont work. They're gonna get at least two turns shooting at you, and if theyve got even 10 bows, you're looking at loosing like 3 horses and 3 riders...(and if they're a half decent general), that'll mean you're 10 horses charging down their front line is down to only 4. Who will easily get over powered and killed.
Also, with the defence of the harad warriors is a big problem, yes you've got 28 of them, but 28 arent going to hit in one go (the arches are going to be hanging back) and 16 harad spearmen aren't going to last long.
By which point, you've broken, and because youre heroes are dead the games over in a few turns.
Get rid of the bow for suladan...if he's on horse, why's he got a bow, he wont use it....it'll only give you the temptation to slow down and fire.
Drop the mounted chieftain, and replace with what... 4 or 5 more serpent riders. Perhaps swap some foot spearmen for serpent guard?
What increases would you look at, for making it up to GT standard - that of 700 points?

Thanks for the Comments, I am still undergoing a Easterling + Haradrim 500 points force...
in the mean time...

Definantly Another captain on horseback, and I would swap and blend some Serpent Riders and Kataphrakts together!...
I'm thinking about maybe taking Khamul on Fell Beast... not sure right now...

Either add Khamul on FB, or Easterling Warriors. I'd also get a Hardrim banner, drop the mounted Chieftan, and then get more Warriors

I agree with death and glory, the cavalry have a lowish defence and too many will be killed on the charge i would definetly advise kataphrakts as they are awesome Maybe just do a easterling force by itself?

This army is a great one, I don't really know what you guys are talking about. As a Harad player this is an army that I might even use. Yes Haradrim have low defense but there highest defense is 5.(not counting the Mumak) You just have to except that your Harad armies are going to have a low defense value. As for getting shot down, that is not a problem when you are Haradrim if your afraid of getting shot, make it so you can't. You have plenty of bows, so you can easily shoot down his archers, and if your not in range then volley! You'll probably have 12 shots so just volley at his archers. If don't want to shoot at his archers( sometimes you want to shoot at his cavalry, or even his main body of troops) then your cavalry will be able to maneuver themselves out of the enemies archers range. The spear block might be a problem but you should be fine once your archers come to their aid. As for the cavalry with that much mounted might, I would suggest using a hit and run tactic.(doing a heroic move each time you need to, in order to get the charge) I woudn't take the Serpent Guard as they are to expensive and your horde army ywill probably out numbered. The mounted captain is nice because you can use his might to do heroic actions instead of Suladans, and also a bow might be useful as Haradrim Raiders have bows in their profile.
