Complete noob at LOTR's so.. this will prob seem odd to you guys, so here is my question: I'm starting a Rohan army, probably 700pts its gonna be an all mounter force, could you guys give me any tips, tricks and tactics going against enemy's, what i should do and what i should stay away from during battle, i won't say what army's i will be facing, because i personally don't know, but most prob gondor, just seems most probable in my eyes, but if you could help me out on all the teams, that would be great

Rohan is quite a hard army to play An all mounted army is quite hard to play Put the two together and....
Rohan is a finesse army. Its strength lies in lots of cheapish heroes and the potential for an unending supply of might. As such look to try and get Gamling with the banner in. RRG are nice especially when it comes to dealing with enemies that cause fear.
Down side comes in that low D and tbh now overpriced Cavalry. D4 means you are very vulnerable to missile fire and even if they only kill your horses then your army quickly becomes disjointed and fragmented.

I'm no expert but if you're just starting out I reccomend adding a foot element to your force. As mat has said, it's very difficult to play an all mounted rohan army. Imo rohan infantry is underrated. A group of RRG backed up by some Rohan outriders will prove that. Even the humble warrior can be quite good if used correctly.
