IS it true that your not allowed to spray prime polysterene terrain pieces? Because if you could, that would make me happy, because I always heard it eats away at the polysterene

Easiest way to get around is to cover the polystyrene in pva glue first so as to act as a protective layer againt the spray.
Hope that helps, StrangeGuy

It does eat up the foam really quickly. You will need to cover it in PVA glue. I have also used Flex Paste (WS product) which works equally well, especially if you plan to use E-Z water.

It can be a good idea to add a pigment to the wtered down PVA too so you can ensure you have coevred all the polystrene. If you miss some it will be corroded away from the inside leaving you with just a crust.

I never realised letting it eat it up made it look as cool as that

Doesn't always go that cool though. I use textured white paint bought from DIY stores to give it a nice finish and to ensure that it is all covered.
Also don't use super glue AT ALL. Thats far worse than spray paint.

i luv superglue:D only use it for very annoying things who dont want to stick together or for evil terrain pieces who dont do what i say.... but its priceless when it come on your fingers.... if you dont stick to anything it will become hard and almost impossible to get it off (wait 2 weeks). sticked with another finger =
