Do you all think that with a lil bit of green stuff work (mainly to remove a lot of chaimmail) that denethor could be easily used as a king of men to lead a minas tirith force?

I would have thought so, perhaps resculpt the head or replace with the head from another mini (King of Men for example , give him a weapon aswell

well i was thinking of making him a leather jerkin like on the aragorn the king model, ie a lil bit of chainmail will be seen round the edges,
sculpt on a beard
Addition of a minas tirith shield and add a sword,

Denethor does already have a sword sculpted on the model... So doesnt really need another one. A shield'd be nice though.

It would probably work, although I don't really see him as a King of Men, maybe its just his pose or his lack of weapon in his hand but I can't really see him leading an army on the battle field, I could be wrong though
