Hi, I'm new, but here is an Army I have, I just wondering if anyone has any critisism or advice. Both will be welcome.
HEROS
Haldir w/ Armour, Bow - 80P Legolas - 90P Thranduil - 90P
WARRIORS 3 Wood Elf Sentinels - 75P 8 Wood Elves w/ Elf Bows, Elf Blades - 80P 8 Wood Elves w/ Elf Blades, Throwing Daggers - 80P 8 Wood Elves w/ Elf Spears, Throwing Daggers - 80P
Oh, BTW, I dont have Thranduil, but I'm planning on ordering him off the internet. Should I just leave him out? Thanks, Khamul.

Hello and welcome.
Firstly, people useually play round figures as it's neater, e.g. 250pts, 500pts, 600pts, etc, so 575pts seems a bit odd. Either drop down to 500pts, or increase to 600pts.
Secondly, get rid of Haldir or Legolas and Thranduil as the former is from Lothlorian and the latter two from Mirkwood. I'd say dropping Haldir would be best as that'll drop you to 495pts, which is perfect for 500pts games, plus with his armour he stands out from the unarmoured troops too much. That said, at D3 for your troops you'll have a very fragile force, so if you regularly play on tables with little terrain and little or no woods, you may think about going for the armoured Elves lead by Haldir and an Elven Captain, and then adding in the unarmoured ones for larger games.

Hey Khamul, welcome to TLOTR Sentinels come with bows so you're breaking the 33% bow limit and it is a bit heroe heavy. I'd drop the elven blades for the archers since they come with hand weapons

Hello Khamul and welcome to TLOTR! Hope you enjoy your stay on this site, if there are any questions, just ask the members of the site and we will all be sure to answer as best we can. As Jad said, you are breaking the bow limit at the moment as you have 11 archers. Also I'd probably drop haldir as he's from a different list and legolas and Thranduil is enough anyway. Sorry but I haven't been gaming as much as I have painting lately so I am not as much use as Dinadan for example

OK, thanks guys, thats really helpful. But, I checked with the guys at my local store, in Dundee, and they said thatI could have Legolas and/or Thranduil in the same army as Legolas. I'm kinda stuck now, though, as I have ordered Haldir, and I have all the rest, besides Thranduil. I did try to get Haldir's Elves, but we all have to remember, Blisters are NOT cheap. I got all this as a present, but I don't have the funds to buy myself anything overly expensive*.Oh, and I ament trying to defend myself, but I've been playing for about a week, and this is more-or-less my 1st list, so I'm bound to screw up acouple of times. Can anyone give me a list, or something like what I could do? *If I was to replace all my normal wood elves with Armoured ones, it would cost me... something like £48.

Hmm, drop the Sentinals and Haldir, then add in 10 Wood Elves (3 with bow, and 7 a mix of the other two types). That'll give you a 500pts army with 36 models including 2 heroes. Play with it and see how you like it.
Save up the money and get the armoured Elves and an Armoured Elf Captain. Add the Captain, Haldir and Armoured Elves to this and remove Legolas and Thraduil for larger games.
