hi guys, i want to make an evil army (EVIL...EVIL...EEEEEEEVVIILL!!!!!) but i dont know which. I like Goblins, because you can field millions of them, and you can have nice, big, nasties like the Balrog, or as mant Cave Trlls as you can wave a stick at. and Durburz is okay, for 60 points. But then, i like the Mahud, for 2 reasons 1. they're 'ard as nails! 2. they're just like me, tough, but not to bright. lol. na, im clevr, and a good speelar. lol I dont really like the haradrim tho mordor is okay, i suppose, but i like easterlings. Can ayone give me advice on choosing an EVIL army, preflebya list from either 1. Mahud 2. Easterling 3. Moria 4. Angmar
Also, i have a question: can Goblins and Mahud ally with Ringwraiths? think Agmar can, and Rhun can only have Khamul... who is he again... oh yeah, ME!! Mwahahahahahahahahahaha, I am the true Lord of the Ring(wraiths)!! Mwahahahahaha!!!!

Firstly, do you have any Evil models? If you have, it'd be easiest to start with them.
Secondly, in your other thread you said that you were new to the game, so I'd suggest staying away from Mahud as they don't play like other armies (i.e. they have specific courage rules that are totally different to everyone else's).

Angmar is a lovely choice of army, I am sincerely thinking of moving to either Angmar or Rohan on TLA campaign as they both rule so much (but I don't want to leave Isengard... ).
Angmar has a wide choice of minis, Spectres, Shades, Orcs, Wargs etc. It also has two great heroes (buhrdur and gulavhar).
However, all you need to do when choosing an army, is go for an army that appeals to you, whether it be their looks you like, the way you paint them, the way they game etc.

thanks guys. i got Durburz, a cave troll, 36 goblins, 12 with bows, 12 with shields, 12 with spears and 5 Ringwraiths. Only problem is, Goblins r quite bad, but you can field loads of them, and u can get big nasties like the balrog and cave trolls. Can you have Ringwraiths in an Angmar army? I like the Mahud. 'Nuff said. I just like em. I have sourcebook, no your enemy kinds thing. Thanks, Khamul

Ringwraiths are a seperate army list themselves but yes they may ally with Angmar.
With what you say you have I'd go for a Goblin army. Or flog them off on e-bay and start a different one you prefer.

Well, as you have goblins and trolls already, I'd suggest a Goblin army first.
One Captain with shield One Captain with bow One Cave Troll 8 Goblins with shield 7 Goblins with spears 7 Goblins with bows
That should come 250pts (It may be slightly more as I don't have the rulebook to hand and I'm not sure on the cost of a Troll).
Add more Goblins and Captains, plus a drum, for larger games. If I recall correctly, Agamr can ally with Goblins, so once you've got a decent Goblin army buy some Orcs, Wargs and Specters and add them with the Witch King to the Goblins to get an Agmar/Goblin alliance.
