Hi guys, I've got most of an elven army i just planned (convenient), just wondering if anyone had any thoughts? I thought it was ok, but you guys might think differently. Anyway, here it is:
HEROES EREGION Gil-galad - 140 (Got) Elrond - 170 (Got) High Elf Captain w/ Heavy Armour, Elf Bow - 80 LOTHLORIEN Haldir w/ Armour, Bow - 80 (Got) Wood Elf Captain w/ Bow, Spear - 75
WARRIORS EREGION 8 High Elves w/ Heavy Armour, Elf Bow - 88 8 High Elves w/ Shield, Elf Blade, Heavy Armour - 88 8 High Elves w/ Heavy Armour, Shield, Spear - 88 High Elf Warrior w/ Banner - 42 LOTHLORIEN 8 Wood Elf Warriors w/ Bow - 72 (Got) 8 Wood Elves w/ Spear, Throwing Daggers - 80 (Got) 8 Wood Elves w/ Elf Blade, Throwing Daggers - 80 (Got) 3 Wood Elf Sentinels - 75 (Got) Wood Elf Warrior w/ Banner - 42 POINTS - 1200 MODELS - 58 BOWS - 19 MIGHT - 13
Whadaya think?? It isn't perfect, but what armies are? Also, I have a couple of question: 1. In LoME, it has Galadhrim Knights, Pathwalkers and Catapults, does anyone know when ther are released? 2. Also in LoME, it has Elf Rangers, Elf Knights, Elf Chariots, and Elf Catapults, does anyone know when they come out? 3. In another thread, someone mentioned using Elf Knights, are they out, or do you just convert them?

none of them are out yet ans as far as I know there has been no word on when they're going to be released.
I converted some knights a few years ago using riders of rohan but the plastic knights of Gondor would be better

One thing that I can think of at the moment - this isn't LoMe legal as you have too many bows. In your Lothlorien section you have 11 bows to 17 non-bows instead of 22 non-bows.

Well, he's ace, much better than Haldir (soz), and I like him just as much, more than Haldir, and thats a lot!Basically, I was wondering if instead of using Haldir to lead my wood elves, can I use Gil-Galad instead??

Nobody knows for these as of yet, my estimation is 2009-2010
2. Also in LoME, it has Elf Rangers, Elf Knights, Elf Chariots, and Elf Catapults, does anyone know when they come out?
Yes, they are the next after Mordor, planned for a December 2008 release
3. In another thread, someone mentioned using Elf Knights, are they out, or do you just convert them?
Elven cavalry will be released with the Last Alliance supplement in December. Galadhrim knights will be released with the galadhrim warriors etc.
