training schedule
monday 5:25-5:55 - 30 mins sleep exercise tuesday 4:35-5:10 - 15 mins sleep exercise wednesday 5:25-6:10 - 15 mins sleep exercise thursday 4:35-5:10 - 15 mins sleep exercise friday 5:40-6:10 - 30 mins sleep exercise Weekend, 3 hours plus 20 mins per night
Times listed are cycling times and sleep exercise? well simply i'll lay in bed, raise my legs and imagine i am cycling. I will move my legs back and fourth. As though i was cycling. Its harder then real life but good exercise i reckon. I will do this for a year hopefully and then decide if i am good enough for the Olympics
Tomorrow i start my 14th year in this world and my cycling dream

Hmmm, cycling, bleaugh. Another road cyclist, Are you gonna shave your legs, you have to shave your legs if your gonna be a road cyclist.
I prefer mountain biking, its far more exiting.

Today was very dodgy...First my chain came off before i could even start to ride, it took me 20 mins to fix...yes i am slow...:S As i was taking my bike out of my garden the door suddenly closed on itself and so i had to climb over my fence which is twice as high as me.... i had to run at it and do a panit on it, ( parkour move ) and i hurt my toe on the landing and finally i rode around PB... and my chain came off again..........but i quickly fixed that luckily and so yeah twas a good day i got my bike pumped up on monday and well i hope to do 5 hours a week
